1. A Free Initial Clarity Call
We start with a free call to understand your situation, where you feel stuck, and whether this process is right for you.
2. Stabilisation & Grounding
Before analysing anything, we focus on stabilising your emotions and nervous system so you can think clearly. This is where most people realise how much overwhelm was affecting their thinking.
3. Understanding Yourself
You’ll define your values, needs, and boundaries – so you’re no longer making decisions from confusion or external pressure.
4. Understanding the Relationship
We look at patterns, dynamics, trust, emotional safety, and attachment — so you can see the relationship as it actually is.
5. Clarity & Integration
Everything comes together into a grounded, stable perspective. Not forced. Not rushed. Just clear.
You leave with clarity, self-trust, and a deeper understanding of your situation—so you can move forward without second-guessing. You’re not left on your own — if you need support at any stage, you can return for a 1:1 session with me for guidance and clarity.
About Me
I’m a BPS-accredited psychologist (King’s College, London, Psychology BSc, First Class) and behavioural scientist (UCL, Behaviour Change MSc, First Class) focused on how people think, feel, and make decisions in complex emotional situations, but my work is also deeply personal. Having fled a violent marriage, I’ve experienced the emotional complexity of navigating a divorce and the internal conflict that comes with it. I know what it feels like to be stuck between what you feel and what you know. Through both lived experience and professional training, I created the Stay or Go Neuroclarity programme to help women see their situation clearly. I don’t give answers — I help you find clarity that makes your own decision possible.
